Well, well, well.. I’m back! I’m sorry I took a hiatus from blogging (on all sites), but I had a loss in my family & that took a toll on me. But, I’m back. I definitely enjoy blogging – it’s a good distraction – and I missed editing & posting for you all! So here we go!

My favorite words when it comes to makeup are SALE, & LIMITED-EDITION. ESPECIALLY limited-edition. I automatically buy a product I’ve been eyeing if I see it says limited-edition; it’s a BAD habit but I just can’t help myself! The other word I loooove is of course, SALE. I mean, WHO DOESN’T?! I got these new babies at a store called Amazing Savings & let me tell you – I was shocked when I saw how cheap they were there! I got two Maybelline Color Tattoos for $1.99 ea (Reg price: $5.99 ea) & this L’oreal Extra Intense Eyeliner for $2.99 (Reg Price $8.99 ea)!
I’ve tested all three products and I love them ALL! If you like to see a review on any of the products below, OR want a pictorial using these products, Let me know in the comments below! If you live near an Amazing Savings, go check out their cosmetics corner & tell me what deals YOU find! x
I walked into my local drugstore with my neighbor a few weeks ago & even though I had no intentions of buying anything new – I walked out with two products! I truly didn’t want to buy anything, mainly because I had no money on me & also because I’m trying to save for my vacation in 2 weeks, however, she offered to buy me something if I really wanted it – so how could I say no?! Haha!
These are two products I’ve been eyeing for quite some time: Maybelline’s Instant Age Rewind Concealer in the shade Honey & Wet N Wild’s Lipstick in Cherry Bomb! I’ve tested out both products & have had positive results with both! I’ll post a FAB or DRAB review on the concealer within the next few weeks & I’ll post a First Impression post on the lipstick as soon as I wear it out! x
Hello lovelies – I’m excited for today’s post because it’s my first ever blog collab!!! I’ve been wanting to collab on my blogs for awhile now, but never got around to it. Thankfully, my friend Valerie has been blogging as well and agreed on the idea to do a joint post! EEK! Our decision was to do a neutral makeup look, with a pop of color! You can see my rendition down below along with a list of the products used – & you’ll have to check out Valerie’s blog to see hers!

When I went to see Bruno Mars in July (which was absolutely AMAZING!!!) I borrowed a pink top from my friend, & wanted a matching pink gloss. I ran to Rite Aid before getting ready to see if I could find just that – boy was I wrong. I didn’t have much time to get ready, so I just grabbed the first pink gloss I found. I don’t even remember the brand, the shade, nothing. I hated it! I gave the lipgloss away to my aunt. It did not give me any color payoff whatsoever! It was super translucent, but looked really opaque in the tube – oh the joys of makeup.
I ended up wearing my Lime Crime Velvetine (in the shade Red Velvet) which is my absolute FAVE red lipstick ever. I figured, the shirt is dark enough, I could get away with wearing a red lip with the pink top. Then of course, days later, I find the perfect pink lipgloss. It’s Rimmel London’s Stay Glossy in the shade 360 Fuschia Fever. You’ll see in the swatch, the pigment is amazing! It claims to last up to 6 hours & add shine. I haven’t worn it for long enough to know if it has that staying power, but it DEFINITELY adds shine & color!
Anyone own this gloss? If not, you MUST!
Would you like to see a post on my Bruno Mars Concert Makeup? It was a glittery eye with dark crease (using the Electric Palette) Let me know in the cmnts! x
Hello my lovies, long time no see.
What would you like to see me post about next? 3 BRIGHT lip products, Current Favorites, Products ive hit pan on, OR
favorite eyeshadow palettes??
PLEASE let me know! 🙂
I’ve been seeing this product a lot in magazines lately so of course – their marketing worked – I went out & bought it! I got mine at the Beauty section of good ol’ Walmart! In store, it retailed for about $5.20(something along those lines) & online it retails for $6.47. I had a coupon for $3.00 off this product, so I paid roughly around $2-3!
Opinion: It does in fact leave my skin feeling refreshed & tingly! I expected it to be thicker and darker when I bought it, but now that I’ve used it, I love the consistency. However, I’m not too big on the scent of this cleanser. It doesn’t smell bad, it just also doesn’t smell amazing to me either. I can easily ignore that fact of course, as long as it gets the job done and cleans my pores!
